Christian?

When you hear someone say, "I am a Christian," what is the first thought in your head?

  

I think at every point in my life I would give a different answer.  When I was younger if I was asked this question I would have said something like, "A christian is a good person, who helps people, feeds the homeless, tells people about God and Jesus, and loves everyone."  I don't think that this is a naive concept but i do have to say that my childhood belief of what a Christian is, is no longer my personal view.

I do not ask these question to offend any Christians or believers but rather to open up discussion on the matter.  I want to know what all of you really think about what a Christian should be vs. what we really see every day.

The World We Dont sEE.

  This is my new and first blog.  I have hit a point in my life where I find myself in a circular room with no doors, windows, or a way out.  Being the fighter that I am I have decided to take on a new endeavor at this point in my life.  The only thing that I have ever wanted to do my whole existence is change the world for the better.  I want to leave this world knowing that it is a better place because I treated people good, and they learned to treat people good as well.  I had a Professor who told me that I write powerful when I get angry.  I have never tried to change the world through my words before but here we go. 
   I am going to write this blog from the perspective of the world that I live in every day.  I am going to share with all of you the crazy way I view the world.  I want to explore the people that we don't make eye contact with while sitting at a stop light.  Stick around I have no idea what is going to happen.
